I am a Founding Member of the Italian chapter of SWIP (Society for Women in Philosophy). I also served as SWIP Italia's Secretary (2018 to 2021) and Treasurer (2021 to 2024).

good practice scheme
SWIP Italia has put forth a set of recommendations for university departments, research centers, scientific societies and journals to promote women's fair representation and inclusion more broadly. The scheme is modeled on the BPA/SWIP UK Good Practice Scheme. The project has been coordinated by Federica Liveriero, Vera Tripodi, and me.
